‘Schedule an appointment with me’ is one of the most useful new tools I see in people’s email signatures these days, and Calendly is one of the best and most popular appointment booking services out there.
The problem is that you are using another tool, creating more segmented data. Ideally this appointment should be sent directly in to your Bullhorn instance, keeping all of your data in one place. Our customers have been asking us to create a Calendly to Bullhorn Appointments automation in their droves, so we set about doing just that.

Why use our Calendly to Bullhorn Automation?
Keeping data all in one place is super important for transparency, reporting and sheer ease of management. Many companies report on their recruiter appointment numbers, boost these appointments using Calendly and our Bullhorn tool.
Our new Calendly to Bullhorn Automation can currently* do three things;
Add the Calendly Appointment to the Bullhorn User
Sets an appointment to the Bullhorn user, using the Calendly API we have full access to the time, date and details of the person making the booking.
Create a Candidate within Bullhorn and add an Appointment
We make a full existing candidate check before making the candidate to avoid create duplicates. Once we have the candidate, we create an appointment with Bullhorn.
Create a Note on the Candidate and User
Notes, the stalwart of any Bullhorn user. Creating a note was added in May 2025 at the request of many of our Calendly automation customers. As it says on the tin, it creates a customized note, you choose the text.
Of course, you can use just one, or all of the features above, every project is fully tailored to your needs.
Contact us with any questions, we are a friendly bunch.
*of course we will be adding features to our Calendly system as time goes by, if it cannot currently achieve what you need, let us know and we’ll add to to the system.
