Our email triggers are a popular module from our suite of Bullhorn products, however recently we have taken these a step further and introduced Bullhorn Automation to Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Instead of (or as well as) sending an email following an action in Bullhorn, we can now automatically update communication software such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Just like with our Automated Bullhorn Email Triggers, our Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications can be triggered on almost any Bullhorn action.
Typical Bullhorn Slack Automation Project
Adding a message to a Slack Channel each time a new placement is made. This both congratulates the recruiter and keeps the whole team up to date and motivated.
Popular uses so far include our Bullhorn Placement Notifier, whereby a team of recruiters are notified via a Slack message to their channel when one recruiter makes a placement.
Another customer’s client has a dedicated applications Microsoft Teams channel. When a candidate applies for a job, the channel is updated with basic information about the application. Clicking the included link takes the client to a secure webpage where they can view more detailed information about the application and also add the candidate to a long or short list. Pretty awesome hey?
As ever, the only limit is your imagination. Need to approve job posts, our notifications can alert a manager once a new job is added to Bullhorn, provide a link directly to the job information in Bullhorn and allow for one click approval. There are so many different uses for our email and Slack and Teams notifications, you’ll wonder how you even lived without them.
