How Big is your Team?
Our Bullhorn team comprises of 5 developers, a project manager and two support developers.
We are part of squarechilli, a graphic and web design studio which boasts 3 designers and 3 developers.
How Long Have You Been Providing the Bullhorn Plugin
We were the first of our kind, created in 2012 following a project for a local recruitment company.
Our Bullhorn Plugin has been coded from the ground up, full of features requested by our customers.

We have three plugin versions, providing the perfect functionality for your needs at a fair price.

Why No Prices?
We price our Bullhorn empowering services depending upon your requirements.
We do not believe you should pay for a larger product if you will only use 10% of that product.
That and our competitors kept looking at our prices 🙁
Are You in Bullhorn’s Marketplace
Currently we have chosen not to pursue a Bullhorn Marketplace listing. We constantly run at 100% capacity and enjoy a wonderful variety of customers to work with.
Our current products and services exist happily outside of the marketplace, from the core Bullhorn Plugin to our automation services.
That said, we may revisit this in the future should our business plans change.
How do you Market Yourselves?
Apart from this website, we don’t! Instead of a marketing budget, we prefer to invest more time in to our customers.
Fulfilling and exceeding your expectations means you will return to us for future projects and also tell others about our services.
It’s a win win, you get a better service, we get to focus our efforts on our customers and not where the next project will come from.
Are you Profitable
Of course, a small but skilled team with low overheads means our financial situation is extremely healthy.
Without another single project, we can survive over 5 years.
We’d be extremely bored though.
Where are you Based?
We are located in the beautiful county of Derbyshire in the UK.
The majority of our work however originates from overseas meaning whilst we are based in the GMT timezone, we work across all timezones in shift working patterns (8am – midnight GMT).
How Long does a Project Take
Bullhorn Plugin projects typically take 5 working days.
Other projects will depend on the work involved, for example a Bullhorn data cleansing project may take between 2 days – 2 weeks to create.
Do you charge a monthly fee
For 12 years we have managed to charge just a one off fee for our Bullhorn Plugin projects.
Other Bullhorn projects may incur a low monthly charge, such as data reporting, or Bullhorn automations.
As of late 2023, we began to introduce an optional annual maintenance fee for our plugin products, read more about that here.
