Over the last 12 years we have been working on our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin, the plugin has enjoyed massive changes. These updates have added new features and functionality all requested by our customers, as well as addressing Bullhorn API changes and improvements.
As our customer base has grown, so has the need for support. The vast majority of support requests involve;
- Upgrading Bullhorn Plugin to a different version, such as moving from ‘Jobs and Applications’ to our ‘Jobs, Applications and Candidate Portal’ version
- Adding new fields to the job data sync
- Modifying existing fields to the job data sync
- Adding new fields to an application or registration form upload to Bullhorn
- Assistance with a new website design/build
- Moving servers
- Help updating the WordPress plugin to address Bullhorn API changes
- Modifying our other Bullhorn products such as automations, data cleansing, reporting etc.
Previously our development team would spend an hour or so each day fielding these support requests, whilst also working on new Bullhorn to WordPress integrations and working on scheduled plugin updates.
This hour a day became two, which then grew further. Our core development team should be focussing their talents on not only working on new projects, but improving our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin and other services.
A New Support Team
We are very proud to announce that we have invested in a new support team. This team will provide support to our existing customers from 8am – midnight GMT (9am – 1am CEST, 4am – 7pm EST, midnight – 4pm Pacific, still great rest of the world).
This team provide support for all of our Bullhorn products, from our WordPress Plugin to email triggers to Bullhorn to Slack Automation.
Due to this new team, our core developers can now focus on not only fulfilling new projects in a timely manner but also progress our development plan for our WordPress Plugin and other tools.
Over the coming weeks, we will be providing a login to our new support tool, a ticket system (don’t worry, you can still choose to contact us via phone, email, Slack, whatsapp etc if you prefer) to help us provide an even better level of support. We are putting the finishing touches to our ticket system with an expected launch of the new year.
