Knowing where a candidate originated from, such as your own website, Google for Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc will help you know where to focus your job promotion efforts or where to employ sponsored premium listings.
Maybe you are spending a small fortune on a certain job board but seeing little yield, Source Reporting will highlight this.
All source data is added in to your Bullhorn instance, keeping your data in one handy place. You can then use Bullhorn’s Source Report to create your reports or our own Bullhorn Reporting Tools to give you any specific data you require.
