Our customers keep requesting changes to larger and larger batches of data and/or manipulating more data fields in Bullhorn than ever before. This means more strain on our dedicated API server and also on the Bullhorn API itself, which is why we constantly update and develop our plugin.
A recent project involved changing data in tens of thousands of rows across multiple data tables. To make this change manually in Bullhorn our client estimated that it would take over 1000 hours.
Our scripts can now manage 100 simultaneous connections to the Bullhorn API meaning the script took just 30 minutes to run. The scripts are even smarter, they can identify how fast the API is responding and change the speed of the process accordingly. For example, if the Bullhorn API is reacting quickly to our requests, we can maintain or increase the speed, if the API slows down, we can pull back on our speed to not overload the API. This means a happy API and a happy API server for us.
