Different Bullhorn Users, Different Bullhorn Uses

You’d think by now that we have seen and done it all in recruitment and particularly Bullhorn and Website integrations, but each new project teaches us something new.

Bullhorn by it’s nature is a highly customisable system, you can create fields, modify existing fields, move data around and create your own workflows in an almost limitless way. This is awesome for the Bullhorn user but provides challenges for a plugin developer.

Being the highly responsible Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin creators that we are, we ensure our code works for everyone regardless of how they use the Bullhorn CRM. But today we learnt something new.

Without going in to specifics, a new customer of ours has created their own workflows in Bullhorn and processes Job Applications differently to the typical methods. Their workflow heavily takes advantage of a certain field that in all of our years we have never been asked to utilise.

It didn’t take us long to figure out this new field, we populated it, synchronised the data and voila, their Bullhorn workflows now work 100% with their WordPress powered website. The process is fully automated, meaning they can just concentrate on Bullhorn and the website manages itself.

Our Bullhorn data manipulation tools also work great to help you with your workflows or to create new ones. We can take data and place it somewhere else, consolidate fields, make calculations, pretty much anything.
