Todays post is a feature showcase, proudly showing off our Bullhorn automatic email triggers software.We have expanded upon the standard email notifications provided by Bullhorn to allow you to create email triggers for almost any action.
It’s pretty cool, here’s how it works. You choose which email trigger(s) you would like, these are actions that should result in an email being delivered. For example, when a new candidate is added to Bullhorn, an automatic email could be sent to them welcoming them to your company.

Here are some awesome facts about the emails you can send;
- you specify the text within the emails
- the emails can be fully branded including your logo/images
- dynamic fields are included making each email unique and specific to the recipient. For example, a job application status change can trigger an email that contains the candidate name, name of the recruiter assigned to the job, title of the particular job and the new application status
- email tracking, who opened the email, when they opened the email, what links they clicked etc*
- supports sending emails via SMTP or third parties such as SendGrid or MailChimp
- select whether an email is sent per action or send every time
