Another new feature released today in to our superb Bullhorn to WordPress plugin is our forms module. Reliable and accurate data is essential to a successful ATS and recruitment business but maintaining this data can be highly labour intensive.
Our new module allows us to connect any form you have with your Bullhorn account. Think of it as an extension to our candidate portal, your candidates can complete a simple online form directly on your website with all data synchronising directly with their Bullhorn information.
You choose exactly what fields are displayed and what order.
Using the field mapping feature of Bullhorn, we can also display these same fields in Bullhorn so you can view all fields quickly and easily.
What better way to test this than a customer with a registration form containing over 50 fields spanning 5 pages. Until yesterday, all of this data was held separately and completed at first contact with the candidate. It was not maintained nor reported on and seldomly referenced.
We helped the customer create al of these fields within Bullhorn, using custom fields where appropriate and Bullhorn generic fields as far as possible. These fields were then mapped to the candidate listing in Bullhorn.
The candidate can complete the form initially and all data is processed in to Bullhorn from the WordPress website. Should the candidate need to modify this data at any point in the future, they can do this easily, all from our clients own website.
Our client now has all of their data in one place, which is easily accessible, searchable and reportable.
What forms do you wish could be entered directly in to Bullhorn? Come and give our new module a try, another great new feature of our Bullhorn to WordPress plugin.
