Unfortunately not all candidates have the skills or knowledge to create a resume / cv. A recruiter in the construction industry asked us if we could do anything to help as the majority of their candidates do not have a resume.
Of course we could help, candidates with access to a computer can use the simple interface to add information about themselves or those without simply visit the recruiter, a few minutes later they are done.
Press save and the data is automatically synced with Bullhorn, press the ‘create resume’ button and voila, they have their very own resume built from the data they entered they can send electronically or print.
Even better, we designed the resume to feature the recruiter’s branding, so each time the candidate takes this resume to apply for a job, the agency branding is right there infront of the end client.
Our new pdf creation tool has many more uses however, you have lots of information in Bullhorn and sometimes you want to view this at a glance. Imagine when a candidate registers via your website, we can create a pdf of their data and upload as a file along with adding their data to Bullhorn, or we can create a pdf of current active jobs perfect to take along to a meeting. Maybe you need a list of clients or want to send information of shortlisted candidates to your client.
