When your jobs are posted to Indeed, you have two application options. The first is to allow the candidate to click through to your website, where they can make the job application. The second allows the candidate to apply directly within Indeed, this is called Indeed Apply.
Indeed say that Indeed Apply has 5x application rates than directing to your website and each job with Indeed Apply boasts a 21% increase in click through rates over a non apply job.
We have been working with Indeed to bring Indeed Apply to our job board plugin and I’m pleased to say that this has now been approved.
You can automatically post all of your live jobs to Indeed Apply, or specify within Bullhorn which jobs should be posted to Indeed Apply, the choice is yours. Our job board plugin will submit your jobs for you once they meet ‘applyable’ criteria, and remove them once they no longer meet this criteria.
