Alongside continuing to develop our main Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin, over the last few months we have been working hard on our Bullhorn Automations System. Our Automations System allows you to create an automation from almost any action within Bullhorn.
Automations save recruitment business thousands of hours per year, recurring tasks you perform manually are replaced with our tool that takes the burden of these recurring tasks away from you.
Here are just a few use case scenarios we have customers using thus far
Candidate Welcome Email Automation
Upon adding a new Candidate to Bullhorn, we send out a welcome email to the candidate which can contain documents such as brochure or privacy policy for example.
Candidate Placement Automation
Upon awarding a placement, the successful candidate receives an automated email with next steps, whereas the other candidates are encouraged to apply for a similar job.
Recruiter Reminder Automation
A month after a candidate has placed, we send an email to the candidates asking whether all is well, sent from the job owner.
Client Update Automation
We update the client automatically upon status change, to let them know exactly how the recruitment is progressing.
Bullhorn Tasks/Notes Automation
Tasks or notes are added in to Bullhorn automatically, based on other field data. This allows recruiter views to automatically update providing a clear plan of action each day.
GDPR Automation
Message candidates who have had no communication over the last few years, or create tearsheets in Bullhorn for you to action.
These are just some of the automations we have created. As you can see, our Bullhorn automations can come from a variety of triggers and take many forms, such as changing/adding/removing data directly within Bullhorn, sending emails or sms messages, creating meeting appointments etc.
