Our Bullhorn Automations Suite is growing at a rapid pace, adding at least one new automation capability every week. If you are new to Bullhorn Automations, it is a set of tools that allow you to perform recurring tasks based on your Bullhorn data, without having to lift a finger.
These automations are a huge time saver for recruiters but also provide lots of added benefit for your candidates and clients.
Imagine a new candidate is added to your Bullhorn instance (either added manually or by another means such as our awesome Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin). Our automations tool will recognise this and can send them a fully branded welcome email, or a text message. Another automation could follow up with the candidate 30 days later to ask how they are getting on.
Maybe a client advertises a new job with you, our automations suite can send a daily/weekly update message to the client to keep them informed of the progress. Team this up with our PDF Creator and we could create a fully branded beautiful pdf to the client to be a little more visual.
Wouldn’t it be lovely to message a candidate on the first day of their new job wishing them good luck, then another 30 days later to ask how it is all going?

Coming soon to our automations are the much anticipated Job Alerts. Candidates can sign up for alerts via your website, choosing a particular type of job they are interested in. When a job is added to Bullhorn and ready to promote, we automatically email each interested candidate information of that job, and if you are using our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin, can also send the candidate directly to apply. Awesome hey?
