Bullhorn Candidate Office Registration - Bullhorn Wordpress Plugin

A feature I love but isn’t often promoted is our Office Registration system that is powered directly by your Bullhorn Candidate and Users data. Here’s how it works;

Candidate arrives at your office
They sign themselves in using a registration screen (this can be either a touchscreen, tablet, desktop – anything)
On this screen they enter their name and who they are there to visit
The list of recruiter names are populated by your Bullhorn user list
Upon submitting this form, the recruiter is informed of their visitor by email (or text message or telephone screen message)
BUT ALSO, Bullhorn is updated with details of this appointment

Upon leaving your building, your candidate can sign themselves out of the building and also leave feedback if required. This feedback can be anonymous, or go to the recruiter, or go to the recruiter’s line manager, the choice is yours how this works.

Automatically logging your visitors, informing the recruiter and logging this appointment in to Bullhorn saves not only labor of your team, but also allows you to know which visitors are in your location if there was a fire alarm for example.

You also capture satisfaction levels of your candidates, was their appointment beneficial to them, how did your recruiter represent your business etc etc.

Maintenance Free

Your data is derived from Bullhorn and is sent back to Bullhorn (with some data being stored in a local database for your reporting tool, more on that in a minute) meaning that once the system is set up and running, you can simply let it do it’s thing. If your recruiters/consultants change, the lists will be changed and emails sent to the correct person.

Reporting Tool

No feature is any good if it doesn’t come with a reporting tool, am I right? You can generate all manner of reports including

times of day your visitors attend
length of visit
which recruiter has the most visitors
visitor satisfaction

Essentially, any data that goes in can be reported on. The reporting tool does not communicate with Bullhorn directly but via a dedicated reporting database which mean our reporting tool is fast.
