The Bullhorn REST API has it’s own CV Resume Parser, meaning we can create or update a candidate profile with just basic info and a file upload. Imagine the scenario, a candidate arrives on your website and wishes to apply for one of your jobs. They simply provide their name, email and their resume, our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin will then check whether the candidate pre-exists, if they do, we can update the candidate or if they do not exist, we create a new candidate directly inside Bullhorn.
The resume will be parsed, allowing us to create a full candidate profile from just a few fields.
Quick and easy for the candidate, extremely useful for you.
Even better, you can choose what you would like to parse from the cv / resume. Whether you just want basic info or the whole lot including skills, work history, education etc, the choice is yours.
We have been parsing the resume for many years now, but recently upgraded this to be even faster, more efficient and more accurate with the data.
This upgrade isn’t limited to our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin, we have applied the upgrade to all of our services including bulk importing and automations. This means that if you have a folder full of cv’s, we can parse these one by one into Bullhorn creating fully populated candidates quickly and easily.
