You know us by now, we have multiple options. The latest record can be assigned as a master record, that is, the record that we will retain.
You can then choose to simply delete all older duplications from Bullhorn, or look for data differences. Perhaps the latest record does not have a phone number listed, but one of the duplications does. Let’s import that phone number in to the master record.
This checking for data process results in a master record that is the best it can be. At this point, we can then remove the duplicates.
Of course, we produce a full report for you. Which records found duplications within Bullhorn, which data did we pull from the duplicates, which records were deleted / archived etc.
