Previously, before file converter with image text extraction;
Candidate uploads jpg version of resume – image enters Bullhorn but cannot be parsed as resume nor data of much use
Now, with file converter and image text extraction;
- Candidate uploads jpg version of resume
- Image is read, text is extracted via our OCR software
- We convert jpg into pdf, placing text as an additional layer
- PDF is saved into Bullhorn with file type resume
- PDF can also be saved with your branding, for sending to clients
- Data extracted from jpg is saved in Bullhorn
- All data is now visible and fully searchable
