You may have noticed that a short while ago we wrote a blog post about our awesome Bullhorn REST API Error Management features. We have taken that tool and used it directly on another Bullhorn product, our Bullhorn Importing Tool.
Our Importing Tool as it suggests, imports data directly in to Bullhorn. This could be any data, such as candidates, clients, data from other systems. Sometimes our tool imports just a handful of records, others it can import hundreds of thousands or more.
Our import success rate is usually very high but inevitably there can be some failures to import. This is often down to unexpected data, for example, a street name saved within a postcode field.
The Bullhorn Importing Tool with the added boost of our REST API Error Management can now produce a much more detailed report. We list successful row imports along with unsuccessful imports with a most likely reason for the import failure.
You can then address the data problems and re-import or manually import, whichever you choose.
The even better part, this new awesome Bullhorn REST API Importing Report is included in all of our import projects at no extra cost. We want to provide the best tools possible at a fair price, we don’t believe in hiding our super awesome tools behind a paywall.
