Job Board Integration with Bullhorn
We integrate your jobs into many job boards, with the big names being Google for Jobs, Indeed, Reed and Resume/CV Library. In addition to those listed, we also have connections with many smaller, often niche job boards, such as those in the healthcare recruitment sector.
WordPress Plugin Bullhorn Integrations
WordPress has a huge variety of plugins in their repository, almost every website will utilise these in some way. Plugins can help build visual pages without any code, others create complex search filters, others create online forms and some are dedicated recruitment plugins.
We have worked with many plugin authors to ensure our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin is not only compatible, but to take advantage of certain features of these to enhance your experience even further.

Our customers over the years have chosen to use many different website hosting companies. Each host does things their own way, having customised setups to differentiate their hosting from others. We have worked with many of the big names in hosting to make sure our plugin works great on their platforms. Synchronising jobs from Bullhorn to your website requires certain services and is a little more demanding than a standard website which some hosts do not allow as standard.
Having worked with all of the big names in hosting, you are safe in the knowledge that our plugin will work great. Even if you use a smaller hosting company or indeed, host the website yourself, it’s likely the host uses a configuration similar to something we have worked with before.
Bullhorn Jobs with WordPress Page Builders
WordPress page builders have grown in popularity in recent years, due to their ease of use and requiring no coding knowledge. Our plugin works perfectly with all of the big name page builders, including Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder and also with WordPress’ own builder, Gutenberg.
Of course, for the coders out there, we made sure you are catered for also, infact you have the most features.
Productivity Tools and Bullhorn
Productivity tools are a staple in most offices nowadays. Slack and Microsoft Teams for example allow whole teams to communicate efficiently, both at the office and away.
We provide many automations that work with productivity tools. Popular automations include sending a message to a group when a placement is made, or creating a Teams video link when an appointment is scheduled in Bullhorn.
Bullhorn and Bulk Emailing
Bullhorn features a basic bulk emailing system, but for many, they choose to use a dedicated system such as MailChimp or Brevo. We have integrations with both of these, allowing your candidate and contact data to sync with your Emailing System, giving you all the features of a bulk email system, with no admin and importantly, keeping you legal.

What about Zapier?
Zapier is a popular tool that connects two systems together. You select the destination system, add a trigger, and then an action. But, it has two issues for most users;
- It cannot detect existing records resulting in duplication city
- It can only do what it can do, there are a limited set of ‘zaps’ available
- You have to set it up yourself
If you are still reading you’ll notice that I said Zapier has two issues but listed three. The last item can be good or bad. If you like giving things a go, you can have a play, quickly and easily. Be careful though, get something wrong with your setup and your data could be deleted, or moved somewhere else and break your data. We receive a few projects a month asking us to fix a Zapier induced error.
