Here at Bullhorn Plugin, we are managing the current situation responsibly by ensuring our team work from home. We are currently at full strength with respect to team member numbers, however with half of our team being parents, we are managing the workload around our family time with the children being out of school.
Obviously our customers are also in very similar situations, no matter where they are in the world. Projects are running a little slower than before Coronavirus (COVID-19) but we are still working through our projects.
Gladly, most of our work is computer based. Our network is available remotely via a secure link, our team working tools such as Slack and Trello enable us to communicate effectively across all projects. Our use of the Git version control system means multiple people can continue to work on projects without tripping over others toes.
During this period, we are adding 20% on to our project deadlines, a typical Bullhorn Career Portal integration usually taking 5 working days we are now asking for 6 working days.
