An awesome feature of our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugins is how we handle job applications. We have several methods available;
Send Job Applications Directly in to Bullhorn
As soon as a job application has been made on your website, we send the application into your Bullhorn instance. This job application appears within Bullhorn under the candidate and the job. It’s essentially as though you added the application yourself, but it all happened magically and automatically by our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin.
Email the Bullhorn Job Owner
Aren’t notifications great? Every time a job has been applied to, we can send an email to the owner of the job, informing them that an application has been made. The email can contain information of the application and/or link back to Bullhorn taking you straight to the candidate, job or application.
Email a Blanket Email
Maybe you want to send an email to a blanket email, such as applications@yourcompany.com when an a[plication is made. Or maybe you want to email the owner and a group email address, no problem at all.
Send SMS, or Update Slack or Teams
Emails are great, but some of us aren’t attached to them all day every day. Our Bullhorn to WordPress plugin can send other types of notifications, such as an sms to the job owner (additional charge for sms provider) or update Slack or Microsoft Teams. However you prefer to be notified, we have you covered.
