Bullhorn Automation
Have you ever wished that you could invoke actions based on other actions in Bullhorn? For example, when a job moves to a certain status, would you like to automatically email all candidates with a fully branded HTML email? If a meeting is added into Bullhorn, wouldn’t it be great if you could automatically send the attendees a calendar invite? Once the meeting has occurred, all attendees receive a contact asking them to rate the meeting.
We can automate pretty much anything you can think of. Many methods of automation are dependant upon other actions, kind of an ITTT (If The Then That) scenario. If a note is added with a certain comment, then add an appointment for example.
Our Bullhorn automation tools also integrate with other third party tools. For example, we can message a Microsoft Teams group from Bullhorn when a placement has been made, so everyone knows how amazing you are. Or make a post to your social media platforms on certain actions within Bullhorn.
Document Creator
There are other tools available that can create documents from your Bullhorn data, but ours is different. The other Bullhorn document creators are set in their functionality i.e. it does what it is programmed to do. Our Bullhorn document creator is fully customisable to any Bullhorn entity and any Bullhorn field. We have also recently purchased a dedicated Bullhorn document creator server whose sole purpose is to create these documents for our customers.

Bulk Emailing from Bullhorn
Bullhorn itself has a bulk email tool, but it has it’s limitations such as the number of emails it can send, lack of tracking, limited formatting of the email etc.
Our bulk email tool for Bullhorn really does pile on the features. We can fully brand your emails to look however you wish, we can track your emails to see who opened the email and when they opened it, check that the email still exists, use third party emailing tools such as MailChimp or Campaign Monitor and much more.
Our Job Alert from Bullhorn module is being upgraded as I type, this module sends job alerts to candidates as either an ‘as they become available’ or a daily, weekly, monthly digest of emails added since the last alert.
Bullhorn Candidate Portal
Our Bullhorn Candidate Portal is very popular, this portal allows your candidates to sign up to your website, maintain the data you hold for them in Bullhorn (perfect for GDPR and you specify exactly which fields they have access to), apply for jobs with a single click, view their past applications, download generated resume, access job packs etc.
Candidate portals add huge value to your candidates leaving them with a positive impression of your company.
Bullhorn Client Portal
In addition to our candidate portal, our Bullhorn Client Portal provides a log in for your clients. The functionality available to them is up to you. This functionality can even be charged for as the value is incredible. For example, a client portal can allow clients to view candidates who have applied to your jobs (or small pieces of information about each candidate), shortlist certain candidates, invite for interview etc. We have many customers offering tiered level of client portal access, each tier demanding a different fee to enter. Others offer this for free but view the client portal as an incentive and value added feature to continue to use them when recruiting for jobs.
Bullhorn Reporting
Our Bullhorn Reporting tool can be used on it’s own, used to export to spreadsheet or csv or import directly to other reporting tools such as PowerBI.
We can report on pretty much anything and our reports can be presented in any format. If you prefer visual tools we can produce charts and graphs. Are you an Excel whizz, then our tool can export any Bullhorn data to spreadsheet format. Do you like to tinker with stats, we can produce interactive tables via a web based interface fro ultimate ease and on the go viewing via smart phones.
Mix our Bullhorn Value Added Features
Our Bullhorn Value Added Features are amazing on their own, but of course they can also be mixed together to ever further streamline your recruitment business. For example, we can
- Bulk email your candidates (all or using criteria) then sanitise the email data based on email bounces
- Generate documents, bulk email them and produce a report
- Email recruiter/candidate_owner when a candidate modifies their data via the candidate portal, send an email to the candidate thanking them for maintaining their data, send an email to the candidate owner to inform them of the change, add a note to the candidate record, set an appointment for 6 months time from data of current change, email the candidate after 6 months to view their data again
- Similarly, we can email candidates who haven’t checked their data (or candidate owner has not updated any information) for xx months
- Candidates can create and download resume from their portal, this works perfectly for low skilled industries where many candidates may not have their own resume
