Data changed after Bullhorn Novo Upgrade?

We have received projects recently to modify data in bulk after our customers Bullhorn version has been upgraded to the new Novo version of Bullhorn.

Novo brings many improvements to Bullhorn, including better mobile, much improved functionality and new fields. A big upgrade such as this is definitely a positive move for your business however some customers have noticed changes in their data.

Our Bullhorn data manipulation and bulk changes tools are the perfect solution. Prior to your Novo upgrade we can back up your data to ensure you have a perfect copy. After upgrade, we can migrate this data to take advantage of the new fields and features available to you in the Novo version of Bullhorn.

Our tools integrate with the Bullhorn REST API and are able to update thousands of rows quickly and simply. Our tools are not simple however, they feature complex rules that give it incredible power. We are able to update for example all candidates/jobs/clients/notes/appointments etc or update only based on certain conditions.

A recent project required us to update;

• all candidates
• that have been created since 1st January 2018
• and have a certain value set in a determined field
• and have been created by a user from a certain group
