Way back in 2011 we gained our very first recruitment agency customer requiring a company rebrand, website design and development with full Bullhorn integration. Recruitment was very new to us as was Bullhorn and quickly we realised that the project was not as initially planned. This brought about the WordPress to Bullhorn Plugin as we all know and love today to manage the Bullhorn integration portion of the project.
We promoted our WordPress Plugin and quickly gained customers globally, little did we know at the time that this would be the beginning of recruitment specialisation for us.
Over the next eight years we have not only improved upon our Bullhorn Plugin but also written many more recruitment software, worked closely with hundreds of recruitment companies gaining understanding and knowledge in all areas of recruitment technology.
Last year we partnered with Ineo Consulting to broaden our recruitment offering advice, consultation, training and business improvement all under one roof. We have worked closely with Ineo on many projects to improve recruitment businesses and helped them reduce costs, improve deployment and maximise ongoing returns and growth in the business.
But soon we are taking this another step further. It’s a logical progression for our business but one that will further establish us as forerunners in recruitment technology. Watch this space for more information, it is shaping up to be an exciting 2020…
