So, what exactly can we do for GDPR?
- Right to transparency and right to access
Your candidates should be able to see what information you hold on them. Our GDPR Candidate Tool will create a unique and secure url for all of your candidates to view the information you hold in Bullhorn with a single click. - Right to erasure
Candidates have the right to request their data is deleted, through the candidate tool they can request this with a single click. Our tool can either delete automatically or alert you of this right to erasure for you to complete. - Right to withdraw consent
To legally contact a candidate, they have to provide consent and be able to withdraw this at any time. Our GDPR Candidate Tool links directly with either the Bullhorn mailer field or your chosen bulk email provider such as MailChimp to add or remove this consent at any time. - Right to Object
Your candidate should be able to object to their data being processed, guess what, our GDPR Candidate Tool does that too. - Right to restrict processing
