It has been a heavily requested feature, adding a geo location feature on to your Bullhorn Job Board. Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin have teamed up with WordPress Search Plugin FacetWP to offer this feature, and it works great.
Your candidates are able to add their location (or click a button to auto find them) and select to view jobs with a xx radius of their location. Quick, Simple, Effective.
But how does it work?
Recruiters hardly ever want to give away the true location of their clients, within Bullhorn you can choose to enter a location of your choice as the basis for the radius search. Or if you prefer, we can automatically assign the location based on a portion of the job address details, such as city and state/county.
This location is then passed to the FacetWP plugin who perform the geo location part. Using the Google Maps API, the job location we pass through Bullhorn is used to match with the candidate location and provide a fully geo location based job search.
