Google for Jobs or Google Careers was one of the biggest announcements from search giant Google in 2017. Many of our customers contacted us asking whether we could integrate this with our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin, of course however we had already begun the process.
Initially Google For Jobs integrated with the big job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder etc during their beta phase in the US, however it is now being rolled out on a broader scale.
The latest update to our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin now boasts full Google Jobs integration! You read that right, even if Google For Jobs is not already rolled out to your country yet, your jobs will already be optimised the second it does.
And ever better, there is nothing you need to do. Just manage all of your jobs in Bullhorn as you normally would, our plugin grabs these jobs from Bullhorn and structures them for Google for Jobs.
As with all of our Bullhorn integrations, when setting up our WordPress plugin we work with you to determine which fields to use for which data. The more information you can supply to Google for Jobs, the better the listing will be and the more exposure they will receive.
Google for Jobs for example lets candidates search on industry, job title, location, salary etc. Clicking a job listing takes the candidate directly to your website where they can view more information and apply.
