Choosing the right recruitment CRM or ATS is a huge decision, each CRM such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere etc have their own features and interface. Moving from one to another can be daunting, after all, you do not want to lose all of your data.
We have added to our data migration tools by creating a JobAdder to Bullhorn migration tool. Moving from JobAdder over to Bullhorn is now a breeze (for you, we still need to perform the work).
JobAdder provide a database backup of all of your data. Our new tool will take this data and import in to your Bullhorn instance. Your candidates, clients, jobs, notes, files, placements and more all moved over as though you had always been using Bullhorn.
Of course, you can also take this opportunity to sanitise your data during the move. We do not have to bring across all of your JobAdder data, we could ignore candidates who have had no interaction with in the last 2 years for example. Or maybe we bring them across but add a flag as inactive.
The opportunities are huge, but the core product remains, a pain free and effective method of migrating your JobAdder data in to Bullhorn.
