Choosing which jobs appear on your live website can be an easy or tricky process, depending on your Bullhorn workflows. To satisfy even the most specific of requirements our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin has been improved with even more selection criteria.
For some customers it’s simple, any job that is set as Open should display on the website, very simple.
Others add the published field in, so any job that is Open and Published should appear on their website.
But what happens if a job changes status, only jobs that are actively recruiting may want to be show on the website, so we pull the Bullhorn Status field for those occasions. Now we can for example only show jobs that are in the status of ‘Accepting’ so as soon as they more to ‘Interviewing’ the job is removed from the website.
Some companies have different workflows, for example if an administrator bulk adds jobs before the specific recruiter has all of the information? For such occasions we can now add specific queries to this criteria. Items such as
- is the description field empty
- has a start date been set
- is there a closing date
- specific categories assigned
- specific clients assigned
- a customText field populated with specific values
As you can see, our live criteria can take almost any situation you can throw at it. Your perfect Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin shouldn’t ask you to change the way you work, it should sit along side it and be able to adjust to fit with you, not the other way around.
