A few months ago in April we announced that our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin allows multiple Bullhorn Instances, guess what, we just made it even better.
Since we launched the previous update, we’ve had more customers wanting to link two or more Bullhorn accounts to the same website, each with their own specificities. So we set about improving and building the plugin to more natively accept multiple Bullhorn instances.
Each Bullhorn instance can now have its own live criteria meaning that only the exact jobs you want to appear on the website will appear. Each instance can have it’s own application form, or they can both share the same application form, whatever works best for you.
Of course it goes without saying (but I am saying anyway just to confirm), any candidates who apply to an instance 1 job will enter Bullhorn instance 1 database, those who apply for instance 2 jobs will enter that instance Bullhorn database.
On the front end, jobs from both instances can be shown on the same job board, or you can have multiple job boards if you choose. We can hide the fact that jobs are from different Bullhorn accounts, or make it obvious to the candidate, whatever suits your business plan best.
The only thing our multiple instances Bullhorn plugin can’t do is work on WordPress multisite, but if someone needs that, we’ll code it up for you. Our single instance Bullhorn to WordPress plugin works great on multisite however.
