Our demo will create a job search page, displaying and searching on your own Bullhorn job data. Clicking through to a job will show further details about that job and allow you to test the application process.
If the candidate details you enter pre-exist within Bullhorn, we do not create a duplicate candidate. If the candidate details are new, we create the candidate, then create a job submission. Within Bullhorn, you will be able to view this new candidate as soon as your form is submitted, along with the shortlist for the job.
But that’s not all. You can also demo our candidate portal! Complete the registration form on the demo site and log in, you can then manage your candidate details right on the website. Of course, on your live website, you choose exactly which fields the candidates can see and maintain.
You can use this new candidate portal for other uses too, such as offering specific information or white papers to candidates, the opportunities are endless.
The security conscious of you reading this are no doubt thinking “hang on one sweet moment, I don’t want to hand over my job details to anyone”. We have your back. We are happy to sign NDA’s and have security policies in place ensuring your information is private. Your demonstration website can also sit behind a secure log in, keeping it away from prying eyes.
