Today we released yet another new feature and one that is very exciting for us. Websites can often be very impersonal, so for all of our website designs we aim to humanise them wherever possible. Your visitor should be able to connect with you and relate to what you are doing. For example, with all of our e-commerce website designs we allow the visitor to envisage owning the product themselves which vastly improves conversion rates. This also transfers over to recruitment websites. Your candidates need to feel as though you are friendly, polite and approachable.
A great way to do this is to include information about the recruiter on the website and even better, alongside the information about the job.
Previously we would create a new admin area in your WordPress website for ‘recruiters’ and manage this data there. Whilst it worked perfectly, the flow of administration could be improved as it required maintenance of data in two separate places.
We were not happy with this solution so created a whole new module within our Bullhorn to WordPress plugin to solve just this.
Now it is simple, our plugin can take all recruiter information directly from Bullhorn and display on to the website. This means alongside the job info we can show items such as;
- Recruiter name
- Recruiter department
- Recruiter direct telephone
- Recruiter email address
- Recruiter image
- Recruiter linkedin profile
- Recruiter social media profiles
- and any other information you care to show
Once set up, the plugin does all of this automatically for you. We think it’s a great feature and is already in use on several Bulllhorn to WordPress Plugin integrations, if you want to see it in action please contact us.
