To gain the best completion rates on a form, the shorter the better is the motto, but sometimes you cannot escape long forms. When faced with completing one of these forms the candidate can feel overwhelmed and if completing at work may not be able to work their way through the entire form in one sitting. That’s why our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin features the ability to save a partially completed form.
Our form saving feature adds a simple Save button to your forms, your candidates complete as much as they wish, then press save. A secure link is generated just for them and an email sent to their inbox to allow them to continue where they left off.
Once the form is completed, we post this information straight to Bullhorn for you, directly in to the fields you choose, whether they are standard Bullhorn fields or custom fields.
Our WordPress Plugin also pulls data, so when your candidate needs to update their information, we populate the fields with their data when the page loads, the candidate updates the information and our plugin sends the new information in to Bullhorn.
