Gravity Forms + WordPress + Bullhorn

Back to Blog

After announcing our new form module that is able to communicate between any form on your website and Bullhorn, we have received many requests for Gravity Form integration.

In case you aren’t aware, Gravity Forms is a hugely popular WordPress Form Plugin. Forms can be created for your WordPress website through an intuitive drag and drop interface. As standard, Gravity Forms stores the form entries within your WordPress database which recruiters then manually add to Bullhorn.

Until now.

Our great new forms module has been given another upgrade with full Gravity Forms support. Forms can be created in any way you like within Gravity Forms, our Bullhorn Plugin will take this data and integrate directly in to Bullhorn. You can still use your popular features of Gravity Forms such as field types, confirmation messages and notification emails but now our Bullhorn Plugin allows Gravity Forms to talk directly with Bullhorn.

All of your data is stored in one place helping with GDPR, maintenance and security.

What about if you want to make changes to your Gravity Form?

Good question, our superb Gravity Forms /Wordpress to Bullhorn Plugin features a highly intelligent coding engine that processes these changes easily, so long as the fields mapped to are suitable to the data entering within it. For example, allowing 1000 characters on a textarea on your website but the mapped Bullhorn field supporting just 100 characters is obviously not going to work. We are always on hand to help creating and maintaining your Bullhorn fields to make sure it all goes very smoothly.

What Gravity Forms do you have that you wished would communicate directly with Bullhorn?
