We have just added an awesome new feature to our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin – the ability to automatically follow up registered candidates at a set time period(s).
What does it do?
With the candidate notification scheduler, you can automatically contact new candidates after they initially register. Let’s look at some scenarios where this may be useful;
Remind the candidate to browse your new jobs – we can send a message 30 days after the candidate has registered, encouraging them to check out your latest jobs
Ask if their information is still correct and up to date – six months after signup, we can ask them to log in to their account and check that their information is still current
Brand retention – a few days after signup you could send the candidate a little more information about your company. A few days later still, you could send another email explaining further about your company
Content Drip Campaign – encourage sign ups by offering useful and exclusive content. Each day for a week the candisate could receive tips on how to make their CV better, how to prepare for interviews etc
There are so many uses for our new automatic follow up system. This system is intended for use with our Bullhorn to WordPress Plugin Candidate Portal Version but does work with our applications version also.
